Worst experience of my life I have stayed here several times but this most recent stay was terrible. Stayed Thursday through Tuesday and I got towels and trash picked up on Friday only!! Got towels brought on Friday only. Saturday evening I called and was advised they were short staff but they would bring towels at 8 I still did not have the towels called again finally got some towels. Same thing on Sunday but when I called the desk this time I was advised it was 9 pm and if I needed towels I would have to go get them myself as the man working could not bring them to me but I was staying in town for my mom recently diagnosed with cancer. I did not get the trash picked up from Friday to Monday and I was advised they will only come every 3 days to do that if you're extended stay. The man at the desk was very rude. If you expect great customer service I do not recommend staying at this establishment I know I never will again after this visit.

Just a basic hotel nothing fancy just a place to pull off road to get some sleep. Wash rags are super thin, towels are small. They didn’t supply any washing soaps or shampoo soaps. No breakfast served.

Odd character

When I went into the desk to check in I told the worker working that there was a “suspicious looking guy” out by the front door. the worker told me, “This is motel 6, you can’t expect much!” I replied that I thought motel 6 might like to know about an odd character outside.

I had quit staying in Motel 6 for a number of years, but I decided to take a chance and it was worth it. About the only negative thing is no place to hang your clothes. Also, I was on the side towards the highway and it took me a little bit to go to sleep.
