Breakfast set up was nice. There was no microwave in the lobby at breakfast which would have been nice for oatmeal; the hot water was not sufficient for cooking. The king room was nice and the kitchenette area was a great space.

Very clean property, friendly, courteous staff. Breakfast was great! Close to many restaurants. I gave amenities a 3 for lack of a pool or hot tub. There is a fire pit on the patio, though, and a BBQ grill. Thank you to all the staff!
