Our shower did not work in room 203! We did not try it until the morning when we woke up but there was not anything we could do to get one drop of water out of it. After looking closer at it, it didn't look like water has came out of it for a while. We tried turning every way, being very paticular moving the knob but nothing! When we checked out, we informed the guy at the desk and he was like "yeah, oh! 203", "others have said something about it" then he said something about having to hold your ear a certain way but no apologies or anything. He also said they were going to replace it some time in the future. If you stay here, dont stay in 203 and check for running water in the shower as soon as you check in! Breakfast was the bare minimum at 830, no refills on the hot food and the whole area was messy.

My Wife and I Loved our stay. First time at Cottonwood Suites. We were both saying that we thing we found our new favorite place to stay. We usually come into town every 6 mos for about 5 Days to see my mom. We will definitely stay here again. This place has alot of potential. They are going through reservations and they are doing a good job but still have things that they can do. Our room was Excellent, however still had some older stained carpet in it. We loved the opened conference space where the breakfast was held. The property is really clean. Staff was Excellent and friendly! Price was very affordable. We will definitely be staying again.

Staff was nice and courteous. Good location. No traffic noise. Very loud AC which didn’t cool properly. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. No hair conditioner. Still could use some work in the room. Beds pretty good though. It worked for a one night pass through.

I was scheduled to stay there for two nights. I arrived at the hotel in the evening unloaded my bags and went to look for dinner. Got back, use the bathroom and I noticed a bunch of debris on the floor like maybe food particles. Walking through the hotel room, I saw all kinds of crumbs, some stains on the bathrooms floor, stains in the living area. The countertop, when I was placing my things on the countertop, I noticed the surface had all kinds of food that was stuck to the countertop so it wasn’t cleaned off. But at that point I was thinking “OK it’s kinda late, I’ll just ask for a different room tomorrow morning. When I went to pull the sheet over to lay down, I found blood stain on the sheet. I wiped up the spot on the floor, it had changed my white Kleenex to red. Or a reddish brown. At that point, I decided the next morning I would just leave and go find a different place. The management was excellent, and he asked “what would you like me to do? I can move you to another room.” I said “I think the problem is that if I get another room, it’ll be just getting the he same thing. That point I told him I prefer just to leave. Give me the refund for the day I haven’t used and he was very happy to do that. In regards to breakfast, he offered me breakfast and I thought to myself “if my room is so dirty, somewhere public, then how dirty is it in a place that no one can see like the kitchen? so I opted not to eat there.

They are under construction so everything isnt just yet 100% however the rooms are already updated, and the scenery is great. Breakfast is better than most and equipped with a made to order omelet station. Staff was exceptional. Hands down the most kind and welcoming staff i may have ever come accross through decades of travel. I would absolutely stay again regardless of construction.
