The room seemed dated. The bartender was nice. We had two rooms and they were not set up the same (maybe sting a bottle of water) only two towels in one room, etc. the bed was kind of comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

THE STAFF!!! The ladies who checked us in were the kindest and friendliest even to our fur baby! We stay in a lot of hotels and these ladies stood out for their kindness! Please tell them or their management or something! It is worth a pat on the back!

Very disappointed about the "no buffet style" breakfast. The only option is to order from a limited menu and billed separately. We went to Omlette Cafe, just 7 miles away and that was amazing. I give Aloft an 8/10.

The hotel was shortstaffed. I had to wait almost 20 minutes at the bar to get a drink because the bartender was cooking food. There was no one else to cook. I had a problem with my room and try to call the hotel operator and could get no one.
