Located in the Le Forna - Faraglioni di Lucia Rosa area, it is about four kilometers from the ferry terminal and about one kilometer from the various coves (Cala Feola Beach, Cala dell’Acqua, Natural Pools) and the historic center of Le Forna (bars, pizzerias, restaurants, a mini-market, a pharmacy, and various rental services), which can be easily reached by bus or by car. Cars and mopeds can be parked along the street near the house. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the house.

The living room features a double bed, a dresser, and a large French door opening onto the balcony with a sea view;
Bathroom located on the lower level: toilet, bidet, sink, and built-in shower;
The living room leads to a wooden loft where there is a double bed and a dresser.
