Villa Gabbione 27 - Le Magnolie is a spacious and bright ground-floor apartment that has been completely renovated and is also ideal for those traveling with their four-legged friends.
It features a private entrance and a covered patio overlooking the garden. Inside, there's a large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and a spacious bedroom.
Free covered parking, bike rack, air conditioning, and a smart working area are included.

🛋️ Living Area & Kitchen
A bright open space with a 6-seater table and a fully equipped induction kitchen. You'll find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Lavazza coffee pod machine. The living area includes a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a 43" Smart TV with a swivel wall mount.

🛏️ Night Area
Spacious room with a double and single bed. It's well-organized with a wardrobe, dresser, mirror, luggage rack, and a practical desk for working from home.
Upon request, we provide a cot and high chair for little ones free of charge.

🚿 The Bathroom
The bathroom features a window and includes a toilet, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, and shoe rack. Enjoy maximum relaxation in the large tropical shower with a rain showerhead.

🌿 Outdoor Patio
A private space surrounded by greenery with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, two comfortable loungers for relaxing, and a ceiling fan with light to cool your summer evenings.

* Complete bedroom linen kit (pillows, sheets, pillowcases and duvet).
* Bath sponge set for each guest (bath towel, face towel, guest towel and mat).
* Second spacious wardrobe in the entrance.

🚗 How to reach us & Parking
The property is not accessible by public transportation, so a car or other means of transport is essential. There is a free covered parking space for one car and a covered bicycle storage area with a bike rack available.

⚡ Electric Car Charging
There is an electric vehicle charging station on site, available at an additional cost based on consumption.

🪪 Check-in and Documents
In accordance with Italian law, upon arrival, each guest must present a valid identity document (passport or identity card) for mandatory registration with the State Police.

💶 Tourist tax
A city tax of €1.00 per person per day is applicable (up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights). The tax is payable in cash upon departure and a receipt is issued. Children under 12 are exempt.

Villa Gabbione 27 is our family home, designed and built by our parents in the 1970s. We recently renovated the interior to combine the atmosphere of a classic country house with a modern and functional style.
The exterior still shows some signs of age, but will be renovated soon.

The area is surrounded by greenery and vineyard trails. It's the ideal location for beautiful walks, especially if you're traveling with your pet.

There are several wineries nearby, perfect for tasting and discovering the typical wines of the Moreniche Hills.
