The room had a mini fridge which was useful and it has a supermarket right next door that opens from Monday to Saturday until 10 pm. The hotel is within walking distance from the bus/train stations (around 700 meters). The staff is friendly and professional.

My first room was not good it was noisy and echoing from rainfall all night. My second stay was much better the room faced the outside with large window and less cramped. A few of the staff in the cafeteria and restaurant were not so friendly.

Estuvimos 3 noches en una habitación "superior" en la segunda planta. Lo más positivo es que hacía frío y la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente y que la cama era muy grande y cómoda. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos nos comunicaron que el ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y no sabrían cuando el problema estaría solucionado (duró toda la estancia). En recepción dijeron que no había nada que pudieran hacer, no había un segundo ascensor o servicio de subida de maletas o alguna otra opción. Para compensar por la situación nos ofrecieron desayuno gratuito la primera mañana. El resto de los días el ascensor continuo averiado pero. No ofrecieron nada. Una de las mañanas pedimos un rollo de papel higiénico más, ya que habíamos pedido que no viniese la limpieza que son los que normalmente reponen y las indicaciones de recepción fueron "coger el del aseo de la zona del desayuno". Acabamos comprando además de papel, champú y gel ya que el hotel provee un sobrecito por persona del tamaño de un azucarillo que sobre todo el gel, no es suficiente para una ducha. Por último el baño no dispone de escobilla, la mampara de la bañera está hecha de tres paneles de los que faltaba uno y los otros dos, en vez de deslizarse, había que arrestrarlos y más o menos intentar tapar a ojo lo mayor posible para no tener echar agua fuera. Los aros del asa de la bañera estaban sueltos y oxidados y la mayoría de los agujeros de la pera de la ducha estaban bloqueados así que el agua salia solo por un lado.
