Typical tuscan country house from 18. Century in the middle of a slight hill of about 3 ha land with rich vegetation. The country house is very good located – highway exist just 3km away, quick access, airport and sea 20km, shops 2km and first bigger supermarket in a distance of ca. 4km. The right part of the big structure is used by the owner, who is not present during the day. To the left of the main house is a small cottage with covered courtyard with table and old pizza oven. The open space building is ideal for couples or teenage, who like to be in holiday with parents and family a little bit in private. The space is ca. 50qm, small kitchenette with dining space, separated by a book wall the sleeping corner with double bed. Bath room with WC and shower. Opposite the mattress-bed on the top of a gallery, accessible via a steep ladder.

Outside between both structures a large dining table.

The swimming pool (12 x 6m, 1.20m – 2.30m deep, open mid- May to mid- October and for exclusive use of the guest) is situated on the other side of the country house with large covered sun protection with sunbeds and shower. In between a terrace with large dining table and summer-kitchen –barbecue with cooking surface. From below it is possible to hear from time to time the highway.
Smaller dogs who respect owners 2 cats are welcome.

The country house has 2 large accesses with double doors.

Basement: large open kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, microwave, oven, american coffee machine and table. 2 stairs higher a dining corner with second table and TV. Left open living room with Tuscan arch and fireplace. Here are 2 double sleeping sofas which can be used on request as a sleeping bed. Bath with tub, toilet sink and bidet.

Via staircase you reach the large second living room ( open) with fireplace, TV and several sofa and armchairs. 2 bedrooms with double bed and in the middle accessible by both a shower bath room.
