Fantastic hotel. Great location for walking to the harbor and shopping and restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful decor, and excellent breakfasts. Note that no cars are allowed on street where they are located, but there is parking nearby.

This is a very nice hotel. The location is excellent. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and spa are beautiful. We loved the our rooms outdoor patio. Everything is top notch. We had an early flight, needed a taxi ride. Front desk staff were kind enough to take us to the airport. This was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ponta Delgada. We were very comfortable in our room with the added luxury of a small terrace with climbing vines for reading and sitting in the sun. The breakfast was wonderful which included many options, all delicious. The restaurant and cafe were great also. The grotto pool and sauna were a nice option after hiking and a well designed experience for relaxation. The hotel serves as an art gallery and we enjoyed learning about local artists. We loved our stay! We went for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a fantastic location. Very walkable, we did two day tours and did not feel like we missed out with not renting a car. We had an amazing stay at the NINE DOTS and would highly recommend it to prospective travellers to Points Delgada. Location is central and the room and amenities are amazing! The free breakfast was absolutely incredible - not your typical continental breakfast. And the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a truly relaxing experience - from booking our excursions, to arranging our airport shuttle, to accommodating a late checkout, the folks at NINE DOTS truly made it a wonderful experience. If I had more than two thumbs, I will give them all the thumbs up!
