Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were consistently hot, and the balcony offered a gorgeous view of the city. Excellent choice when staying in Ponta Delgada. Clean, well-appointed rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. Decent buffet breakfast. Location was just far enough outside the city center to be quiet for sleeping, but an easy walk. Close to the highway for easy access to the rest of the island. Tip: use the free street parking outside the hotel and avoid the hotel parking charge.
