Spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfortable. Quick walking distance to the Ponta Delgada old town. Next to a busy street- expect traffic noise. Hosts were very communicative and able to action items quickly.

Our stay at Sao Jose

The property was VERY clean and efficient. It was great for our needs. The street noise was a lot, but expected. The only issue we had was the key/door lock. It sometimes would stick and would take us numerous times to get in. Overall, I would recommend this property!
