Great location, clean and spacious. More than ample room for 3 adults. Loved the view. Washer and dryer such a plus. Probably one of the most generous places we have stayed...coffee, tea, soap, toilet, towels, paper, oil, salt...really plentiful of everything. We were kindy allowed to enter the property super early: I know it isn't a guarantee as check in is at 3pm, so we are very grateful as we were exhausted when we arrived. Clear instructions. Overall one of our favorite rentals to date.

Great view

The views were amazing from this place. The check in process was smooth and well explained. The place does have air conditioning although it is in the Tv room that has the pull out coach and does not reach the bedrooms much. The bedrooms are provided with a stand up fan. I would suggest having instructions on how to operate the stove top as if was difficult to figure out.

Stay in Ponta Delgada

We had a great stay at the Atlantic Penthouse. The location was ideal for accessing the marina area and restaurants. Access to parking in the garage was a big advantage. The apartment was clean and the perfect size for our group.

Spectacular view!

This is a stunning property! The location is excellent, the view is really exceptional and the apartment is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Would highly recommend!The only hiccup was trying to figure out how to get into the parking garage (instructions could be a bit clearer) but once you figure it out it's fine. Also, a warning, the elevators are the smallest I've ever encountered! They say max 4 people but I can't imagine squeezing 4 into them. If you are claustrophobic, it's pretty stressful. We were there in February so there wasn't much traffic in the building. I'm not sure what it would be like in the summer with lots of people trying to get on and off on different floors. And 21 stories is a bit far to take the stairs. But there are some great shops and restaurants right in the mall below the building. And it's easy walking distance to many of the key sites in Ponta Delgada. We would stay there again!
