Staff was amazing….especially Claudio! He made our check in very easy and was extremely helpful and friendly. He accommodated all of our needs and would definitely be staying again and would highly recommend. Breakfast was just the perfect amount and location just a few minute walk to the downtown.

5-star luxury apt stay A++!

Absolutely 5-star gem of an accommodation! We arrived early morning from Newark and were warmly welcomed by the staff, they stored our luggage and did everything they could to get our room readied. Over the next few days we went cliff diving, swimming, trekking, sightseeing and enjoyed a tremendous variety of delicious Portuguese cuisine and were given excellent local tips on weather/tides/whale sightings and more from the extremely informative staff. The amenities were brand new and worked extremely well: hot tub, pool, gym, sauna and more.

They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels!
