In the heart of the department, near the banks of the Ain River, in a large stone building, surrounded by a large wooded park, this 120m² gîte, adjoining the family's second home, offers a breathtaking view of the Revermont mountains. On the ground floor, the entrance leads directly into the living room, with its open kitchen and living room. If you wish, you can enjoy the fireplace on winter evenings (a basket of wood is provided). A large Bressane table welcomes you for meals. There is a separate toilet at the entrance. Through the large bay window, you will have direct access to the gîte's terrace, with garden furniture, a barbecue, and lounge chairs, not overlooked. On the first floor, a landing provides access to the bathroom, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms (two single beds and two single beds). On the 2nd floor is a large attic bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed 80 cm) and a shower room with sink. Electric heating (extra charge). Baby equipment (cot, high chair). Country cottage, combining wood and stone. Pets welcome, including horses. A lockable garage is available for bicycles and motorcycles. In addition to the price: €60 cleaning fee, towels and sheets provided.
