Oct/Nov/Early December Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of the upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.

The kitchen was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the location made for an easy drive to Monarch and to town for the last-minute items we of course forgot to bring on the trip.

My family and I had a great stay at this lovely 2 story townhome. It was clean and the hosts were very good about communicating. They have put a lot of love into the place. We love the area/neighborhood in Poncha Springs as a base camp for adventures in the Arkansas River valley. I highly recommend staying at this place.

We had a fabulous stay. Nice touches included a guest basket with snacks and some extra toiletries. House was very clean. It’s a nice layout for larger groups too! We’d stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in with great communication with the owners. The property was very clean and well appointed. Ideal home base to drive up to Monarch Mountain for skiing! Definitely interested in staying again in the future.

Lovely place!

This is one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Clean, well-stocked/equipped, excellent communication and quiet neighborhood. The owners have done all the little things right to make you feel at home. Would 100% stay here again!
