This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for two or six people.
A few minutes from the town of Eymet, Bergerac and not far from Sarlat, you can discover the delicious products of our region.
Come and recharge your batteries, find serenity and a family atmosphere in the middle of the vineyards facing the Dordogne valley
The property includes our home and a holiday home for rent for couples or families 10 months a year.
We can accommodate up to six people .

We offer you this charming house with a paseo, barbecue, petanque court, children's games and private pool.

Totally renovated in 2023 in a spirit like home.
A large living room with television, a kitchen equipped with a fridge, hob (gas), washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machines, electric kettle and everything you need to cook, a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a mezzanine (retractable ladder access) that can accommodate two adults or two children as well as a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

A cot for baby and a chair can be made available on request.

The house is 100 m² with a paseo of 25 m², a large terrace of 75 m² equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds .
You can enjoy the private garden and its petanque court for unforgettable moments .
All is implemented to make you feel at home.

The rental is offered for a minimum of 1 night in low season and 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday in high season (from mid-May to the end of September)

L’hébergement est de grande qualité, parfaitement entretenu, très confortable et équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi.Un immense merci à John et Sylvia pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur bienveillance. Ils sont toujours à l’écoute de leurs locataires et veillent avec beaucoup d’attention à ce que le séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions.La piscine extérieure est un véritable atout : très agréable et parfaitement entretenue, elle invite à la détente. Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique, au cœur des vignes, offrant un calme exceptionnel et un environnement propice au repos.Nous recommandons cette location sans la moindre hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.JF et L

Séjour parfait!

Vacances en famille parfaites! Le logement est très bien équipé. Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. La propreté est irréprochable. On n'avait qu'une envie : Rester!... Sylvia et John sont adorables et très discrets. Bonne continuation à eux dans leur beau projet!
