Casa Esmeralda is located in Polpenazze del Garda in a very quiet and ideal neighbourhood for families, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. The house is structured on two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people: on the ground floor there is the living area consisting of a fully equipped independent kitchen, a service bathroom with shower and a living room that opens onto the lake-view porch. On the upper floor we find the sleeping area with a bunk bed room and a small private balcony overlooking the garden, a bathroom with a bathtub and the bright double bedroom with a large lake-view terrace. In the basement there is a third double bedroom, a large shower bathroom, a laundry area and a single garage. Casa Esmeralda is located within a quiet residence with a swimming pool, very close to the sports fields and the prestigious Garda Golf, the town centre can be reached comfortably on foot. Casa Esmeralda is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer and coffee maker. The property is equipped with screens.
