Villa Salas – Rustic Charm in the Heart of Mallorca



Located in a natural and peaceful setting, Villa Salas is a charming stone property situated between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, just a few minutes' drive from beautiful sandy beaches and local restaurants and shops. This 3-bedroom air-conditioned villa with 2 bathrooms, surrounded by extensive gardens, offers relaxing mountain views and is the ideal place to enjoy a truly Mallorcan holiday, away from the hustle and bustle yet close to everything you need.



The entire property is on the ground floor, with different areas of the villa connected by a few steps, which provides a sense of spaciousness and comfort. The rustic and charming décor is characterised by whitewashed walls, sloped ceilings and exposed pine beams, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.



The spacious and bright living room, situated next to the kitchen-diner, features comfortable sofas, satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. The kitchen, fully equipped with 4 hobs, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, is an ideal space for preparing delicious meals. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite bathroom and 2 single beds, all with air conditioning and pleasant, welcoming décor. The 2 bedrooms that share a family bathroom ensure comfort for all guests.



The exterior of the villa is a true paradise for enjoying the outdoors. Three shaded patios and spacious sun-bathing areas offer various options for relaxing and enjoying the views. The garden is crowned by a kidney-shaped swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing swim, and next to it is a beautiful covered barbecue, perfect for lovers of outdoor cooking. Additionally, sun loungers and umbrellas are available to enjoy the sun, and the mature trees in the garden provide shade during the hottest hours of the day. For an extra touch of fun, there is also a table tennis table to enjoy with family.



Villa Salas has complimentary air conditioning from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.



Information to note:



In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside those hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will apply.



Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
