Villa El Rafalet is a sweet and cosy country house with a private swimming pool, located in a rural area near the sandy beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, perfect for accommodating up to 6 people. Carefully furnished with antique pieces, the villa is surrounded by extensive lawns and spacious terraces that offer unique opportunities for outdoor living.



A short path leads to the entrance of the property, which gleams with beautiful old wooden doors. The living room has a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a wonderful kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and kitchen utensils, everything you need.



In the villa there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms with a shower.



Outside, there is a covered terrace and a charming pool area, from where one can enjoy beautiful views of the surroundings. A lawn area and a typical stone courtyard surround the pool. It is a truly idyllic place to relax or enjoy the mild Mallorcan climate in total peace and privacy.



The air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
