With a maximum capacity of four people, Villa Can Mart is a charming two-bedroom country house, ideal for those seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, yet close to the charm of Pollença’s old town.

Boasting beautiful views of the iconic Puig de Maria, this villa blends traditional Mallorcan rural style with contemporary touches that provide comfort and practicality.

The property is designed to offer comfort in a cosy setting. On the ground floor, a shaded porch leads directly into the living-dining room, furnished with traditional Mallorcan pieces.

To the left is a small but well-equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher and everything needed to prepare homemade meals. An adjacent door leads to the former garage, now used as a laundry area.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a shower, perfect for easy access without needing to use the stairs.

Upstairs is a second bedroom with two single beds, set beneath a low wooden beam ceiling that creates a particularly warm and inviting atmosphere. This floor also has a second bathroom.

Authentic Mallorcan Villa set in the countryside, great for a relaxing, away from it all holiday. Lovely pool and well kept grounds. Car hire is essential but everything is in easy reach.
