With a surface area of 54m², the apartment comfortably accommodates four guests. It is a functional and welcoming space, ideal for those seeking a practical and relaxed stay.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom features two single beds (which can be joined upon prior request). The second bedroom offers two single beds, wardrobe space, and plenty of natural light. We provide high-quality Irish cotton bed linen and towels.
Renovated Bathroom: Enjoy a newly refurbished bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower, a large vanity mirror, toilet, and hairdryer.
Practical Kitchen: Designed for light cooking, it includes a breakfast bar, under-counter fridge with a freezer compartment, a two-ring hob, and a microwave. It comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, a toaster, kettle, teapot, and French press coffee maker.
Open-Plan Living Room: Features a sofa bed that converts into a single bed. Both the bedrooms and the living area have direct access to the private 8m² balcony/terrace.

Cyan is part of Villa Alexia Apartments, a small, family-run complex in the peaceful Siller area of Port Pollença. With only nine guest apartments in total, the atmosphere is calm and friendly—ideal for families and friends traveling together.
Facilities: A 13-metre L-shaped swimming pool with a shallow children’s section (80cm deep), sun loungers, and a communal terrace with a BBQ area.
Location: Just 3 minutes from the Eroski supermarket, 5 minutes from the town center, and 9 minutes from the beach. The Boquer Valley trail begins directly opposite the complex.
