Located in the heart of Pollensa, Villa Can Riba is a rustic jewel that combines the traditional Mallorcan character with all the modern comforts you need for a perfect vacation. From the very first moment, its spacious and well-maintained garden welcomes you, inviting you to walk, relax, and enjoy the pool in total tranquility.



The main porch, open and spacious, overlooks the garden and the pool, creating the ideal setting for sunny breakfasts or outdoor dinners. Upon entering, on the left, an elegant dining room leads to a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, gas stove, and electric oven, perfect for a quick coffee or preparing your favorite dishes. To the right, a long hallway provides access to a cozy living room, a full bathroom with a bathtub, and a double room with a double bed.



Going up the stairs from the dining room, the upper floor houses the main bedroom, with a double bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a closed terrace with sofas, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a moment of relaxation contemplating the garden. Also on this floor, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, two rooms with two single beds each, and at the back, a small room that opens to a large uncovered terrace with views of the garden and mountains. From this room, stairs descend to the main living room on the ground floor, equipped with TV and large windows that open completely towards the porch and pool, creating a bright and cozy space.



The villa includes an independent annex, attached to the main house, with a two-bed bedroom and en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests seeking privacy or for those who need their own space.

In the back of the garden, you will find the pool, accompanied by a porch with a bar, barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. It also has a spacious outdoor bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a shower next to the pool.



All rooms, as well as the main hall, have views of the garden and air conditioning to use whenever desired. Additionally, the villa offers free wifi and private parking.



Villa Can Riba is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants to enjoy Mallorca to the fullest: a garden that looks like a park, a pool as an ally for relaxation, and a barbecue always ready for memorable nights.



This beautiful villa is located just a few minutes by car from the town of Pollensa and the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenç. You can walk to the old town in 25 minutes and there is a supermarket 10 or 15 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop 10-15 minutes away to go to the beach, to the town or to Palma. The car is not necessary although it is recommended if you want to have more flexibility to move freely around the island.



In Pollensa, you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollensa market, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic city. Enjoy the atmosphere in the afternoon and participate in its activities. On Sundays, there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits, and spices abound.



Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing under the sun, or for the more active, enjoying water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala, as it is known by locals) there is a small supermarket, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
