On the Beach Voramar is a spectacular seafront apartment, ideally located on the famous Abercutx beach. With sensational sea and bay views, this apartment offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and privileged location. With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, it is perfect for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy relaxed holidays by the sea.



The bright and spacious living room is the heart of the apartment, where one can enjoy impressive bay views while relaxing. From this living room, access is gained to a charming private seafront balcony, an ideal place to spend time outdoors, enjoy the sea breeze, and immerse oneself in the tranquillity of the coastal landscape. The apartment is designed so that guests can maximise enjoyment of the natural beauty surrounding the area.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for guests to prepare their favourite dishes. From cooking utensils to modern appliances, everything is arranged for their comfort and to make their stay a pleasant and worry-free experience.



On the Beach Voramar has 3 shower bathrooms, which ensures the comfort and privacy of the 6 guests. The 2 bedrooms, with air conditioning, are distributed as follows: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. This allows for a comfortable and practical distribution, ideal for different guest configurations.



The apartment is located on the second floor, accessed through a portal that is practically on the beach sand, making it a place with immediate access to the sea. Although it does not have a lift.



Thanks to its exceptional location, this apartment is perfect for those who prefer not to depend on a car during their holidays. Just a few steps away, guests can find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and other services, making everything within reach to fully enjoy the area without the need for long journeys.



For the comfort of all guests, air conditioning is available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00-8:00, ensuring a pleasant temperature at all times.



Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
