The entrance to the villa is situated under the shaded terrace with direct access into the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette equipped with all the basics. Also on this level to the right of the lounge area there is a twin bedroom (bed size 1.90 x .90m) and a shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (bed size 1.90 x 1.35m) with another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. Outside, the front shaded terrace leads down to the other paved terrace where the salt water swimming pool is located. There is also a covered outside kitchen and a shower room. This villa is situated very close to the Old town of Pollensa, and it has a cosy and homely feel.
