It consists of a spacious and bright dining room, living room with satellite TV and DVD. Large fully equipped kitchen with a wood burning oven.
On this same floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a double bedroom and a third bathroom.
Large garden, furnished terrace, outdoor table tennis and a good size swimming pool (8x4mts) make this house a perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
In addition, the house has a large covered barbecue with attached kitchen included, thus becoming the ideal place to eat outdoors while enjoying the views offered by the pool and the garden.
All rooms have air conditioning / heating which in line with local energy saving initiatives are scheduled for use from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm and from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
The property is located close to Pollensa, very close to supermarkets and other services. The nearest beaches are the beautiful Cala de San Vicente and Puerto de Pollensa. Pollensa is a Majorcan village with great charm, very welcoming with its excellent restaurants in the town square such as the “Q11” and “U Plaça” and its well-known Sunday market.
