This stone built holiday home is located in the beautiful valley of La Rafal near the popular small town of Pollenca, in the northwest of the island of Mallorca.
Magnificent views from the property and the large terrace overlook the surrounding landscape with mountains and hills and in the distance you can see the sea.

The living room with flat screen, satellite TV and dining table is on the ground floor. The kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas stove and oven as well as 1 bedroom, one with bathroom en-suite and another bathroom.

In the 1st Another open bedroom is on the first floor.

The swimming pool has a Roman staircase (stone steps) and is surrounded by a natural stone terrace, with enough space for sun loungers and patio furniture. There is also a separate grill area with an open terrace and another covered terrace with wooden furniture directly at the house. On one side, the terrace at the pool area is surrounded by a natural stone wall, which protects against wind and gives the property a special atmosphere.
