This carefully restored, well-maintained, single-story vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, in the northwest of the island of Mallorca.

The covered terrace next to the beautiful pool is perfect for relaxing, and the spacious garden is a wonderful place to sunbathe and play.

The cozy living room is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and other amenities.
The large windows offer a view of the terrace and the garden.
The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, and numerous cooking utensils.
There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and sink.
