This large vacation home is located near the golf course in Pollença, in northwestern Mallorca, in a quiet rural setting with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, including fields, meadows, and mountains.
The house is a two-story structure. The main entrance leads directly into the spacious living room, which features comfortable red seating and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table with chairs.
Large glass doors lead from this room to a covered terrace behind the house and further down stone steps to the garden with a pool.
Also located on the first floor are the well-equipped traditional kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and an utility room with a washing machine.

All four bedrooms are located on the first floor.
There is one bedroom with a double bed and a private balcony, as well as three bedrooms, each with two single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in closets.
There are also two modern bathrooms with a bathtub and shower.

The large covered terrace behind the house offers plenty of shade in the height of summer, and the long wooden table with benches is perfect for enjoying meals and celebrating.
The stone steps leading down to the garden can be closed off at the terrace with a gate (to prevent small children from reaching the stairs or pool unnoticed).
The pool features Roman steps (stone steps) and is surrounded on one side by a lush lawn and on the side facing the house by a tiled terrace. Sun loungers and a brick barbecue are also located here.
Typical trees, such as olive and almond, as well as many Mediterranean shrubs and flowers, complement the well-maintained garden.

Nearby lies the stylish town of Pollença, which features many traditional cafés and restaurants with outdoor terraces, galleries for modern art and crafts, small boutiques, antique shops, and—in the main square with its church—a large market every Sunday offering fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as local specialties.
A long stone staircase behind the church leads up to Calvary; once at the top, you can visit a small hermitage and enjoy the magnificent view.
On the other side of town is the historic Santo Domingo Monastery with its beautiful cloister; classical concerts are often held here in the summer.

The coastal town of Puerto Pollenca features a long, narrow sandy beach and a beautiful beach promenade with a small sailing harbor, numerous restaurants, cafés with ocean views, small and large supermarkets, bike rentals, and many water sports options: sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, and water skiing.
