The location in the quiet residential area of La Font is rural and very idyllic, with views of the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. The fine sandy beach of Puerto Pollenca is only 5 km away.
The living area is on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, a large modern bathroom, a modern kitchen with all amenities, and a comfortable living room with satellite TV and an integrated dining area. Large glass doors lead out to the covered terrace and the small pool in the well-maintained garden.
Both bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds—are equipped with air conditioning (cooling/heating) controlled by a timer.
The covered outdoor terrace has a table with chairs and a brick barbecue nearby. The property is planted with orange and lemon trees, as well as typical Mediterranean fan palms.
The pool, featuring Roman steps/stone steps, is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn with lounge chairs and a parasol.
