Stunning 6 bedroom country house with a large private swimming pool and outstanding mountain views, full of character and charm. Villa Cal Papa is also ideally located, just a few minutes drive from Cala San Vicente, which has a selection of beaches and restaurants, and where you can also visit the local shops and buy provisions.



The Villa has internet access (WiFi) and air conditioning/heating, both of which are included.



Villa Cal Papa has a large private swimming pool and enchanting gardens with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The brick barbecue is located next to the house, and there is a shaded table and chairs, overlooking the pool, for pleasant outdoor dining in summer. In addition, there is a small house next to the entrance of the property where you can find a good stocking of entertainment games, such as a tennis table, billiards, etc.



The driveway to the property is gated and the private parking area has plenty of space for cars. The main entrance is at the front of the house.



The living room, dining room and kitchen are integrated with each other, creating a large open plan space. From the kitchen, there is access to the barbecue area and the pool terrace. There is also an outside utility room and WC.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower. The remaining bedrooms are all situated on the first floor, all with en suite bathrooms, except for one. 4 of the bedrooms can be converted into twins or doubles on request.
