4 bedroom villa, with private pool and BBQ, Pollensa

La Villa La Rovina Tramuntana offers stunning views of the majestic mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Located in a quiet and secluded area, the villa enjoys a serene environment, but is only 2 km from the old town of Pollensa, where you can enjoy bars, restaurants, markets and a wide variety of activities. Additionally, in just 10 minutes by car, you can access the beach and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Pollensa.



This beautiful 4-bedroom house features a spacious private swimming pool, authentic stone exterior, and elegantly designed interior. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, available free of charge from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. The villa also has a private parking area.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for your comfort, while the laundry is located at the back of the villa.



Distribution of Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the ground floor, there are 2 double bedrooms that share a separate bathroom, conveniently located next to the living room. On the upper floor, you will find the remaining double bedroom and the single bedroom, both with impressive views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. Also on this floor, you will find 2 separate shower rooms located along the corridor.



Outdoor Spaces

The exterior of the villa is a true refuge, with a spacious private pool, a wide sunny terrace and lawned gardens surrounded by the hills of Pollensa. The views of the imposing Sierra de Tramuntana are spectacular. You will have all the necessary space to sunbathe or enjoy a delicious outdoor meal, cooked on your own brick barbecue. Additionally, there is a pleasant covered seating area on the front terrace, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the views of the pool and gardens.



The Villa La Rovina Tramuntana can accommodate up to 8 people. Additionally, upon request, a travel cot and high chair are offered free of charge, making it an ideal option for families.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
