Good apartment layout. Great location, close to downtown. Nice to have parking and laundry. But we had several issues: checkin process and access to property is not well described in the instructions; generally clean but some deep clean misses (eg, very dirty bathroom vent); shower is impossible not to flood bathroom; absolutely no kitchen condiments (no salt, pepper, oil, etc); and wifi was the biggest issue (property manager said there was no wifi but all apartment TVs run on wifi so we were able to Connect ourselves but after some complication and no thanks to property manager).

The apartment was clean and new, and the location was great. Price was very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and we had mostly everything we needed for our stay. The shower does need replacing. It leaked, regardless of how we tried to secure the doors. Large puddles of water with not enough towels to absorb all the water. We chose this apartment in part because we had a rental car and on-site parking was essential. While the property did advise us that the parking stalls were small, which we fully understood, we were not expecting the access ramp leading into the laneway and parking area to be in such poor condition. The ramp was heavily damaged, with loose stones and an uneven surface, making it difficult to navigate the turn and gain enough momentum to safely access the parking area.
