The area is adjacent to the old town, close to the coastal area overlooking the sea (an area of ​​scenic interest) and the promenade with its loggias, where you can soak up the beauty of a sunset or rejuvenate with a jog.
The area is quiet and well-served by restaurants and various shops; easily accessible on foot or by car, it's just a few minutes' walk from the town center, the train station/bus stop, and the famous coves that characterize the landscape of Polignano a Mare.
This fully self-contained, historic house, recently renovated, features vaulted ceilings and is located on the first and second floors. It is accessible by a private staircase and features a balcony and private terrace overlooking the street and sea views.
It consists of an air-conditioned family room, a living/dining room with a kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator, induction stovetop, microwave oven, coffee maker, and utensils), two sleeping areas (a double bed and two single beds or a French double bed), and two bathrooms (one of which is external) with two showers and a bidet, as well as a hairdryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and drying rack.
The apartment includes free Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels, a cleaning and bathroom set, and a vacuum cleaner.
The entire accommodation is rented to a single family; the bedrooms will be furnished based on the number of guests or specific needs and requests (possible extra bed for minors, crib, and high chair). Filomena, a professional housewife, is responsible for the housekeeping and tidying.
The balcony and terrace are for your exclusive use, from which you can admire the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze.
