"We booked this hotel specifically for the accessible roll-in shower and pool. The pool lift was broken the entire stay even though we brought it to the attention of the staff the first night we arrived so my disabled husband was unable to swim. The room which was deemed “accessible” was definitely not! My husband had a very hard time getting around the room as the turns were very tight. The shower was a roll-in as stated, but the water pressure was extremely weak and you were lucky to get a few minutes of hot water if at all. We have stayed in many hotels over the past 12 years and this has to have been by far the worst! I have filed as many complaints as I possibly can in hopes that another disabled person will not have to go through what my husband experienced at this hotel. We were looking to have a few days of rest and relaxation and it turned into nothing but stress for both of us."
