Trinkeyroo is a spacious and self contained 4 Bedroom, 3.5 bathroom two-storey villa located in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country at Cypress Lakes Golf Resort - an iconic 300-acre property.

Overlooking the 10th Fairway, you'll enjoy tranquil surrounds, conveniently located at the doorstep of award winning winery cellar doors and restaurants as well as the Hunter's biggest concert and popular wedding venues.

Trinkeyroo features 4 large King bedrooms, with built in wardrobes & televisions, sleeping 8. The very spacious master bedroom comprises a generous walk-in robe with plenty of hanging for special event attire, as well as a large private ensuite with shower and spa bath.

The interiors have been beautifully curated, reflecting the Hunter Region with nuances in the furnishings and accessories. The villa also showcases artworks from Australian artists: Jenny Lavender, Edwina Stanham, Jemma Roberts, Damian Bisogni, to name just a few.

Leading in through the grand entry, you enter into an open plan living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, family fridge, coffee machine and walk-in pantry.

There are two large verandahs off both levels from where you can bar-be-que, dine alfresco, soak up the ambience, enjoy local wildlife and relax.

A communal swimming Pool is located just 50m from the Villa. There is parking for two cars directly outside of the Villa. Enjoy the Golf Course, Restaurants, Bar & Wineries on-site and close by. A local taxi service can pick you up directly from the villa and provide transport to the many local attractions. Shuttles run from the resort to concert venues.

All linen is supplied and the cleaning fee is included in the nightly tariff. The villa is beautifully appointed with plenty of cutlery, crockery and glassware with a fully equipped kitchen.
