This resort has great potential but falls short. Room 790 wasn’t great. No art/decor in entire apartment, not enough cups/plates etc for 3 bed, cleanliness not terrible but not great (windows/window sills horribly dirty), no power points accessible for bed Mainly booked for pools. Main pool was cloudy and dirty the entire time. Minimal chairs. Lagoon pool was beautiful! But one wooden chair and some overgrown unkept grass to sit on. Restaurant was good and lots of parking

I would have given property 5 stars. But a massive storm had come through and trees were down everywhere. The outdoor staff were working so hard to make sure safety first for guest and staff and than appearance. Huge task and was done very quickly. Thank you

We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable.
