The accommodation was utilised as a base for us to explore the local area. Well situated for our exposure to this beautiful area. Had an excellent restaurant, is situated in an area that has a multitude of excellent restaurants. The lodge rooms are well set up for meals. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed over New Year’s Eve and although the whole area was very quiet the Lodge was great. The room was very clean and the breakfast, that was provided within the room, was really nice. The view out over the vines, with the wildlife was great, too.

The rooms and extensive facilities were lovely. The staff were kind, check-in was straightforward, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a pleasant surprise. Some amenities available in the room, like coffee, tea, and milk. No continental breakfast option was available. It's not close enough to shops, and you'd need a car to buy some small bites.
