À notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons dĂ» patienter un peu car les propriĂ©taires avaient oubliĂ© de nous transmettre les codes d’accĂšs.L’appartement est bien situĂ©, en plein centre-ville, avec toutes les commoditĂ©s Ă  proximitĂ©. Le parking est payant, ce qui est comprĂ©hensible compte tenu de l’emplacement.En revanche, le logement ne mĂ©rite pas vraiment les 3 Ă©toiles annoncĂ©es. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, il n’y a pas de climatisation fixe comme indiquĂ© dans l’annonce. Une climatisation mobile est bien prĂ©sente, mais inutilisable car le tuyau d’évacuation est trop court. Un ventilateur Ă©tait Ă©galement mis Ă  disposition, mais il Ă©tait cassĂ© et aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre retirĂ©.À l’étage, la tĂ©lĂ©commande de la tĂ©lĂ©vision ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait aussi un appareil prĂ©sentĂ© comme une climatisation mobile, mais qui fonctionne avec des pains de glace : ce n’est pas une vĂ©ritable climatisation, plutĂŽt un ventilateur amĂ©liorĂ©. Avec la chaleur, cela restait largement insuffisant.Heureusement, nous n’avions rĂ©servĂ© que pour une nuit.

Appt bien situé centre Poitiers, propre, fonctionnel. Parking de l'hÎtel de Ville juste à cÎté pour la voiture. La propriétaire Valérie est sympa et disponible si besoin. Je recommande cet appt pour visiter Poitiers. V. Rouaud.
