Very tired & dated rooms, no restaurant facilities however they could warm up a lasagne! Can’t get anything other than a soft drink unless you ordered food. Went for breakfast just before 9 but they seemed more focused on clearing it all away ASAP. Have stayed in numerous Campanile over the years but this one is in need of a good makeover.

J'ai payé pour une chambre rénovée, 90 pour une chambre double comme mis sur les photos " rénovée " et il avait possibilité de 80e une chambre non rénovée vu les photos egalement. J'ai eu une chambre non rénovée pour personne à mobilitée reduite... mini baignoire avec rideau vis toutes rouillées qui sortes de la rembarde de la baignoire, chevilles qui sort de 3cm du mur de la chambre, mini vieille télé, lit à hauteur de mollets, odeur désagréable dans la salle de bain. J'aurais pris la chambre à 80 à la rigueur je n'aurais rien dis mais il faut indiquer photos non contractuelles alors ou expliqué pourquoi cette difference de prix. Cette hotel ne vos pas un 2 etoiles niveau hotel, le resto à l'air pas mal mais vu mon expérience pas eu l'envie de rester pour le diner.

Stop over on the way home

The Campanile Poiniters Sud, was fine to stay for as a stop over. Although near the airport the noice was minimal, only heard one plane but not too loud. Room and bed was comfortable but outside the hotel need maintenance, looking rather tired and unwelcoming. Nice breakfast, and staff welcoming.

bon accueil malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée , le confort de la chambre est à noter, surtout les encas prévus (café et thé ainsi que biscuit,c'est rare) tout cela pour un prix plus que correct nous retournerons dans les hÎtels de cette chaine, ayant oublié des clés le personnel nous a prévenu et nous avons pu les récupérer à notre retour bref, rien à redire

HĂŽtel indigne de l'enseigne Campanile

Tout d'abord bien qu'en bord de la N10, l'hĂŽtel est difficile Ă  repĂ©rer (en contrebas sur la droite lorsque vous venez de Poitiers). HĂŽtel vieilli avec des manques Ă©vidents d'entretiens, 6 chambres avec des volets qui ne fonctionnent pas (bloquĂ©s en bas), lorsque l'on arrive enfin aprĂšs deux heures de palabre Ă  obtenir une chambre oĂč il fait jour, le chauffage ne marche pas dans celle-ci (un chauffage d'appoint est lĂ , mais il ne sert qu'Ă  occuper l'espace). MalgrĂ© des robinets quasi neufs, la salle de bain est pleine de moisissures (et cela ne date pas du dernier nettoyage). Pour la restauration (alors que nous Ă©tions en dĂ©but de service), le buffet de dĂ©serts propose trois variĂ©tĂ©s de dĂ©serts (avec trois exemplaires de chaque dĂ©serts), autant dire qu'il y avait de la place pour la dĂ©coration. Bref un hĂŽtel comme celui-lĂ  n'a plus rien Ă  voir avec le campanile que j'aime par ailleurs, il tire l'enseigne vers le bas (et les hĂŽteliers blasĂ©s, ne font pas grand chose pour aider le client). Seul point fort (assez rare pour ĂȘtre remarquĂ©), les draps blancs Ă©taient vraiment blancs.

hĂŽtel bien situĂ© et trĂšs accessible mais vĂ©tuste, les batiments sont de construction ancienne et trĂšs sonores. Certaines chambres sont en meilleur Ă©tat que d'autres mais dans l'ensemble c'est un ancien campanile qui mĂ©riterait quelques travaux de rĂ©novations. Rien Ă  dire sur l'accueil et la restauration, c'est pour moi un hĂŽtel oĂč il faut juste faire Ă©tape.

We booked this motel as the reviews seemed ok and we were not disappointed. Ok its not posh but it is clean and comfortable and did.t cost a fortune. Although its next to a busy road once you are in your room you cannot hear the traffic. A short walk down the road and thee are plenty of places to eat and also a shopping mall.
