Living area with 2 x 3 seater lounges, 2 single chairs, large smart TV, 2 sliding doors leading out to balcony.

2 bedrooms, main bedroom has an ensuite with vanity, double shower, w/c, both bedrooms with built in robes.

Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning including bedrooms.

Kitchenette with large 2 door fridge/freezer, sink, toaster, kettle.

Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, General Store with groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.

Bed configuration - Upstairs: Bed 1 - King bed, Bed 2 - King bed
Downstairs: Bed 3 - 2 Tri-bunks (double on bottom, single on top) plus 1 single bunk

Pillows and quilts/doonas with covers are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels

PLEASE NOTE: If you have no king bed sheets (top/bottom) they can be hired for $45 per king bed - you will still need to take your pillow cases and towels and all other linen for other beds- please advise office staff if you would like to hire them.

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply
Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
$700 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
$650 per night
Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
$600 per night
Bond may increase during peak seasons
