Unsanitary health hazard. Does not clean house. Ever.
I am disabled and was very clear about my medical condition and needs for a VRBO house. The owner is a developer and behaves as such. He repeatedly ignored my statements about needing a clean house.
Housecleaners showed up unannounced and told me they have not been there in 2 months. Owner says he’s been reported for bed bugs before but they are “just ladybugs.” I awoke to Spiders crawling on my face. I caught my dog near mice feces next to the bed. The bugs in this house look like they are from a sci fi movie, they are huge and have actual fangs (took photos, provided to VRBO who did nothing about any of this).
Owner refused to correct my dates of stay, refused to communicate, and put me in a very overpriced dump.
I am still dealing with the medical issues being in this house caused for me.
This is the most disgusting house I have ever been attempted to be charged money for staying in and have whole moth colony hatching inside on every floor. Thick spiderwebs everywhere because there are so many bugs to eat in this house.
This owner has no business dealing with dwellings people sleep in and money, he had left moldy rotting food in tbe refrigerator. Mold in the shower.
My dog got bit inside the house by a disease carrying tick I had to pull off of her.
This is a true house of horrors and VRBO is complicit in assisting the owner to scam and harm people. Do not go near this death trap.
The owner acts like a classic negligent developer. Be warned
