Non paid review: We have stayed in some sub par places that were expensive because of the location, This is NOT the case for Buoy16. Very friendly staff, very clean room including the bathroom-with view of the boardwalk side road, nice and cool AC, parking included. Would stay here again and again. Worth the reasonable price for location. Booked 1 day ahead and had an opening. Felt very safe as well.

Can’t beat the location, especially for the price. The place was clean except for an odor in the hallway. No real amenities but you’re only feet away from the boardwalk and the beach so there’s not a need for much else. Surprisingly, we couldn’t hear a peep from the boardwalk. If you’re looking for a place to sleep with quick and easy access to everything, I’d highly recommend.

Room was very clean, staff was great, beach is right there, parking was tight but very well coordinated. We had a bad storm the one night and lost power but within 10 mins they had power back up and running. Only downfall was the squeaky floor from the room above us. Otherwise great place!!!

We had a nice stay here. The owner (I’m assuming) was pleasant and made check in easy. The place is well maintained and kept very clean. If we’re ever back in town we’ll book again.

Great staff, easy check in/check out, very clean and secure. They park your car in their lot. Best place for location across from boardwalk and beach if you are just needing somewhere to shower and sleep. There’s even a little food shack downstairs on the corner with great food.
