The staff were helpful and friendly, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a bit outdated, but it was clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a good value. The location was great only about a 5-minute walk to the beach. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The rooms are very out of date, there were 2 holes above the door frame, the curtain didn’t fit the front window, and there were multiple ceiling tiles out of place and that had water damage. I have never been to a hotel that charged for parking and the pool

Stayed here for 2 days and honestly have zero complaints. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping crew does an excellent job. The lady at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in easy. Parking is $20 per day, and in my opinion it’s absolutely worth it. Being able to park on site and walk everywhere made the stay much more convenient. One thing to keep in mind: this is NOT a brand new or newly renovated hotel, so don’t come expecting a 5-star Hilton or Marriott. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. I was a little nervous before arriving because of some of the negative reviews, but I honestly think a lot of those came from people expecting luxury accommodations. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable place in a great location, this motel is a solid choice. The biggest selling point is that it’s literally a 1-minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, so you really can’t beat the location. I’d definitely stay here again.

Up charged everything that you thought was included in your stay (it’s not) and everything has a separate and specific price per day. Wifi was not included and also was another charge. Had to end up shortening my trip by a day because of all the extra fees and taxes in the end that you think are listed in the price when booking and it’s almost another nights stay all said and done. As a single parent trying to make a trip affordable, this was NOT the place to have that experience.
