This is the perfect summer getaway! Just a 10 minute walk to Jenkinson’s Boardwalk and walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and train station. This beautiful 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a 50” TV, newly renovated bathrooms, freshly painted walls, laundry room, private garage plus a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars! The master bedroom includes 2 full beds (coming summer season 2023) with a nightstand, dresser, and closet. Bedroom 2 includes 2 single beds, a dresser, nightstand and closet. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and closet. The outdoor swimming pool is shared with the other unit, each unit has its own private outdoor shower, patio furniture, and grill. The unit will include bedsheets and beach chairs. If you would like to inquire about renting for the entire summer please email for pricing.
