Comfort is assured year-round with ducted gas heating, multiple split systems, and ceiling fans throughout. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, and linen provided for all beds except the sofa bed.

Please note that the studio features a double sofa bed, suitable for the occasional overnight guests or children.
Linen is not provided for the sofa bed as standard. If you would like to use it during your stay, a linen pack can be arranged for an additional $65. Please let us know prior to arrival, and the linen pack will be delivered to the property ready for you to make up the sofa bed when needed.
Pets are welcome, with up to two well-behaved dogs permitted at no additional cost. Please bring your own pet bedding, bowls, and towels.
Tip: For guests wanting firewood, small bags are often available from the IGA Local Grocer Queenscliff on Hesse Street and sometimes from BP near the entrance to town, depending on stock availability.
