Would love to stay here again

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

The room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with large windows that filled the space with fresh air and a lovely, breezy atmosphere. The hotel itself has a charming, classic feel—you truly feel like you’ve stepped into an old movie. The food was excellent; breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious and well-prepared. Everything throughout the property was very clean, and the staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Gostei da localização e do café da manhã mesmo com a repetição diária do menu, poderiam ter variado nos sabores de bolo, todos os dias eram os mesmos. Uma pena não ter isolamento de som, escutava todo barulho no corredor. Mas gostei do atendimento dos funcionários, hotel antigo porém tem história e vale a visita.

Presença de sofás no apartamento com forração desgastada, cortinas das janelas e portas rasgadas, com barras muito sujas. Sugiro ampliar os horários das refeições, o café da manhã até as 10,30, almoço até as 14,30 e jantar até as 21,00 horas. A falta de estacionamento nos obriga a usar o estacionamento terceirizado, cuja diária é alta. Deveria ser um preço mais acessível aos hóspedes

Hotel lindo, mas com precisando de renovação, urgente, com cortinas com as barras muito sujas, várias com pequenos rasgados, dando péssima impressão. As poltronas do apartamento com tecidos desgastados. Fiquei em suite muito confortável, espaçosa. Na descrição informava presença de bidê, o que não tem. As solicitações a recepção são demoradas, precisando pedir mais de uma vez. A falta de estacionamento próprio obriga a usar o estacionamento terceirizado, com diária muito cara para o local ( 50,00 / dia). Deveria ser mais acessível
