De maneira geral, gostamos da hospedagem no Hotel Villa Fiori. A localização é excelente e o café da manhã é muito bom.Mas achamos que o colchão da cama era muito usado, pois estava afundando no meio, os travesseiros eram ruins e a TV era de modelo antigo. Achamos que o padrão do hotel merece esses aperfeiçoamentos.

Quando entramos no quarto vimos que a janela estava suja por dentro e por fora, a prateleira do banheiro, embaixo da pia, estava muito suja, empoeirada e as toalhas de banho em cima dela. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e o novo quarto estava bem parecido, com prateleira suja, tapete de banheiro em péssimas condições. Além disso o chuveiro oscilava temperatura, esfriando e esquentando muito durante o banho. A privada estava com vazamento. A equipe foi educada e prestativa, principalmente no café da manhã.

A cama é ruim, colchão afunda, fica com o corpo em curvas!!! Banheiro vasa agua do box, perto da pia ou do vaso fica molhado. Café da manhã, o mamão é servido com casca e sementes, nem o podre não tira. Os talheres estavam mal lavados, lavam, não enxugam e fica com uma imagem sujos!!
