Têm alguns detalhes para ajustar

Foi otima. O local é agradavel para a familia. A area externa é muito boa, bem limpa. Os funcionarios são bem atenciosos. No entanto nem tudo foi maravilho. Quando chegamos nos hospedamos no quarto 412, ao verificarmos as instalações vimos que o bainheiro estava sujo e o chuveiro parecia muito velho. Liguei para recepção a qual me ofereceu um outro quarto. Neste o banheiro estava limpo mas na parte de baixo do vaso exalava um odor terrivel. Coloquei algumas sacolas para vedar o cheiro. Outro ponto é a falta de lixeira no quarto. Usamos a do banheiro para tudo. Achei isso um absurdo devido o preço que pagamos.

Fui muito bem atendido pelos funcionários; o hotel é bem limpo, silencioso e de fácil acesso. Acho que poderia ter um serviço de quarto melhor, com mais opção de refeições e lanche, pois os que estavam disponíveis, achei bem caro.

Hotel em geral é bom, mas poderia ser bem melhor. FALTA AR CONDICIONADO NOS QUARTOS!! Passamos um baita calor de 34 graus com um mísero ventilador.... não dá nos dias de hoje um hotel deste porte não ter ar condicionado... Não estava escrito na descrição do hotel "sem ar" e como considero isso um item básico nem me preocupei. Janelas são velhas, enferrujadas e, como tivemos que dormir com elas abertas, escuta-se muito barulho da estrada. O Café da manhã é muito bom, mas a falta de ar condicionado transformou a experiência que até poderia ter sido boa em uma experiência ruim...

Não é hotel fazenda. Tem apenas piscina externa. O salão de jogos é um horror e o espaço fitness é fraquíssimo. Os colchões estão bem velhos e a internet não é boa. Como Hotel fazenda ele passou longe. Só tem uma piscina externa e campo de futebol, mas não tem nada de fazenda e está dentro de um bairro e não é fora da cidade - a propaganda dele é enganosa.

hotel agradavel, porem funcionarios desatentos e

enquanto eu e minha esposa carregavamos as malas, eles usavam os celulares para"ficar por dentro". faltou alguém com jeito de gerente para por ordem na casa. Na sexta fomos agraciados com umas 200 crianças correndo e gritando até o sábado as 6:00h da manhã. no domingo perdi o. café, pois é so só até as 9:30 da madrugada. Além de pagar 238, 00 a diária e um minuto depois o preço cair para 189,00.

Tivemos problemas ao tentar tomar banho, a água do chuveiro acabou repentinamente. O problema e que não avisaram, precisamos ligar três vezes para a recepção ate termos uma resposta. No mais, o hotel e bem limpo, o café da manhã e bom. O quarto e grande, pouco confortável e ficamos em um andar com acesso através de inúmeras rampas. Enfim, adequado ao valor da diária.
