Hotel antigo, precisa de reforma. Equipe e infraestrutura não preparada para a quantidade de hóspedes do final de semana. Faltou taça, prato, talher. Quarto precisa de reforma. 2 noites é uma manhã tomando banho frio. Roupa de banho e cama muito desgastada. Esperava mais pelos reviews que eu vi e pelas fotos.

Muito caro pelo que oferecem. É um All Inclusive que no quarto há apenas uma garrafa de água de dois litros quando você chega, quer outra? Vai encher. Quer cerveja? Apenas lata aberta, não entregam latas fechadas. O frigobar é vazio, sem nada. Como somente dão cervejas abertas e uma por pessoa, não pense que conseguirá deixar uma latinha que seja no quarto. As refeições, todas elas, variam pouquíssimo. Minha filha foi para uma atividade de colorir, tinham apenas uns 20 lápis para umas dezesseis crianças, alguns destes quebrados e sem ponta. Sinceramente, dinheiro jogado fora aquele sentimento ruim pois com o.mesmo valor poderia ir para o Bourbon Atibaia e similares.

Fiquei hospedado neste hotel por 4 dias. Pontos negativos: O maior problema foi o isolamento acústico péssimo dos quartos - as paredes pareciam de papel. Um hóspede assistia TV alta até tarde todos os dias. Pior ainda era o cachorro no quarto ao lado, que latia constantemente. Muitas vezes os donos saíam deixando o animal preso, que além de latir, batia as patas na porta o tempo todo. Acordamos duas manhãs com os latidos. O ar-condicionado fazia barulho altíssimo após certo tempo ligado, como se algo estivesse travado. A tampa do ralo do box estava solta e amassada, saindo do lugar com a água do chuveiro - um caos com criança de 3 anos. Na piscina, o som toca música no volume máximo o dia inteiro. Apesar de ser "all inclusive", fora café, almoço e jantar, só há tira-gostos (salgados, amendoins). Pontos positivos: Funcionários sempre atenciosos e aparentemente felizes. Piscinas (mesmo externas) sempre quentinhas e ótimas. Arrumação do quarto impecável. Comidas do café, almoço e jantar muito gostosas e fartas. Muitas opções de entretenimento para crianças. No geral, um hotel mediano.

Adorei o Hotel, limpeza, funcionários, estrutura, informações, comida com muita variedade, bebidas de todos os tipos, em especial e equipe de recreação,principalmente a tia “peixinho” q minha cachorrinha ficou apaixonada, apesar de não ter recreação para pet, ela deu uma super atenção e brincou muito com ela. Um ponto a reclamar para melhorarem, a internet, em vários lugares do hotel não funcionam, nem os dados do celular e nem o Wi-Fi.
