I arrived during a snow storm. I understand it was actively snowing and it was a pretty big storm. Their parking lot and their sidewalks were not maintained at all. They were basically handing out shovels to people to shovel a spot for themselves. I arrived with my kids and disabled mom. There was no handicapped access. All doors except for the main door were blocked with snow. The front entrance was covered in snow. Around a foot of snow. No shoveling or salt put down. The fire alarm kept on going off. The hotel and the rooms were cold and we could not adjust the temperatures. They cancelled the social hour on Monday night (This was the following day). I had to go out to get my family dinner. The parking lot and the sidewalks were still a complete mess. No shoveling was attempted on the sidewalks directly in front of the building. I slipped a lot on the ice. Nothing was taken care of. This was over 24 hours after we arrived and the storm had been over for 16 hours. The following day (the day we checked out) the parking lot and the sidewalks still were not cleared. The doors were still all blocked. There still was no handicap access to the building. The room was ok. There was a square of wall missing by the bed. The walls were thin. The front desk people were not very sympathetic to people's situations. I was in the common area and I could hear them laughing and chatting at the desk about the people who were expecting the social hour appetizers.

The staff was very courteous, and the room was clean, however there was a bar of soap left in the shower that was not ours, so We are hopeful that the shower was cleaned and the bar of soap was just an oversight.. also, our reservation was for four people, but there were only three glasses, plates, forks etc in the unit. Thankfully we didn't need to use the majority of them.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and was unfortunately very disappointed with the service and hygiene standards. Multiple times, I requested additional or fresh towels and was simply told to continue using the ones already in the room. On the third day, when I asked again at the front desk, I was instructed to go find the housekeeping staff myself if I needed towels—which felt unprofessional and inconvenient. Additionally, I observed the gentleman preparing the breakfast items handling food without washing his hands or wearing gloves, which raised serious concerns about food safety. Overall, these issues made the stay uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

My room was not cleaned properly before my stay. My sofa bed had food crumbs and hair in it. When I brought it up with the front desk they said they can provide me with a vacuum so that I could vacuum it and gave me new bedding for me to put on it. Another person staying at the hotel had another issue with someone that was previous in their room having left behind dirty underwear that housekeeping didn't pick up. I doubt this hotel's housekeeping actually cleans the rooms.

The room itself was nice, and the place was clean. I'm grateful there was a breakfast but the food was pretty awful and most of it cold (3 days). The parking and walking areas were icy and not attended to. The ATM was out for at least 3 days. We did have a heater and phone issue in our room but the desk clerk came right up and attended to it, even offering a different room if necessary. I'd probably stay there again, but it would have to be a fairly cheap rate.
